 HP's latest line of printers, the new HP LaserJet Pro is a differentiation in a crowded feel to the new plug and print technology that HP claims will allow customers to print within two minutes from any computer without having to install or download drivers or pop the CD into the drive.

Here's how it works: all you do is connect the printer to the computer via USB and a built-in printer driver will automatically perform the installation process. This process is called HP Smart Install, and that the majority of USB plug-and-play printer, because it does not use the default drivers.

Otherwise, HP LasertJet Pro P100 series printers are considered the most efficient laser printers around. Models in this line of Pro HP LaserJet M1130/M1210 Multifunction(MFP) and printer HP LaserJet Pro P1566/P1606dn. The project is attractive to business, but primarily aimed at small and medium-sized companies still largely a dead printer.

In addition, HP has improved their Auto-On technology LasertJet Pro line, which intelligently senses activity such as when a print job is sent to the printer and the device turns on and off accordingly, saving up to 72% of its energy costs in comparison to its predecessor.
