Notebook enthusiasts, we’re certain would already be having their hands full. Barely a week into 2010 and we’ve been treated to quite a number of laptops and netbooks. The latest company looking at enhancing the notebook terrain is HP. A little before CES, the company’s laptop and desktop line-up has been spotted.
Supposedly, HP is all set to launch a bucket-load of PCs right from enhanced notebooks to innovative desktops, reports Engadget. Yes, users can expect for a notebook fest of sorts once the CES, 2010 commences. Engadget seems to have got wind of the details of nearly 14 new models; it includes the recently espied Envy models as well.
Other HP goodness should also include the Compaq Mini CQ10, a 10.1-incher packed with 1.66GHz Intel Atom N450 CPU, GMA 3150 graphics, 1GB DDR2 RAM, up to 250GB hard drive, 802.11b/g Wi-Fi and a 6-cell battery. It is anticipated to have a shipping price of $260. The HP Pavilion Elite HPE-110t desktop is up next and is expected to sport a red chassis, micro-tower design, a Pocket Media Drive bay, DVI, HDMI and VGA connections and MediaSmart 3.0. It should hit stands for $685. The HP Pavilion Elite HPE-150t Quad-core desktop will presumably be available for $785.
The HP Pavilion Elite HPE-170t Quad Core i5/i7 desktop with its red chassis and seemingly micro-tower design is expected to bundle in Core i5/Core i7 CPU, up to 8GB of DDR3 SDRAM, Pocket Media Drive bay, DVI, HDMI, and VGA connections, 460W PSU and MediaSmart 3.0. It’s possible price is around $985. Finally the HP Pavilion Elite HPE-180t Quad Core i7 desktop boasting of a red chassis, micro-tower design and up to 8GB of DDR3 SDRAM has also been espied. It will supposedly be armed with GeForce GTX 260 1.8GB graphics, Pocket Media Drive bay, DVI, HDMI, and VGA connections along with 460W PSU, MediaSmart 3.0. The desktop’s expected retail price is $1,085.
Logic Buy, the site where all this info seems to have been caught sight of reports the models to start shipping around Jan 7, 2009. Well, we guess HP’s official presence at the CES, 2010 will only reveal if all these devices will indeed be hitting shelves.
