1. Alienware Area-51 m15x The very first laptop in my list has got to be the Alienware Area-51 m15x. The m15x is simply the BEST gaming laptop you can get in the market. You get all the computing and graphics horsepower you need to play 3D games at very fast speeds.

3. Vigor Artorius Pro Many of you might not have heard of the Vigor Artorius Pro. I found this laptop brand through a friend of mine and I can say it is certainly worthy of being one of the best gaming laptops in 2008. The system is based on Santa Rosa and includes Intel's new Turbo Memory, as well as DirectX 10 gaming. It's price is not as unearthly as Alienware's so it is definitely an affordable package that gives very decent gaming performance.
